3 Bed 3 Bath Luxury Penthouse With River Views Sleeps Up to 10

Positive: Luxury penthouse, as described Beds comfortable, sheets and towels pure white and crisp. Great view and location. The apartment rooms and bathrooms very clean. Negative: Having to collect the keys off site and keys not returned by cleaner so couldn’t access for an hour after check in. Then only told a road name and flat door number so didn’t know which building we were looking for. Didn’t have a single coat hanger but this was quickly rectified. Although this a beautiful place it could do with some maintenance and the cleaner needs to check the dirty glasses and cutlery, as had to wash everything before using. I really hope this is taken as constructive feedback as the place was lovely
