Faulty Towers Positive: Location Negative: To call it Faulty Towers would be kind. Locks missing off doors. Blinds not working. Problems picking up and dropping keys. Couldn’t contact person responsible. Absolute mess from start to finish.

AVOID at all costs. Very dodgy property managers. Falsely advertised. Not a luxury penthouse at all Positive: The location was good. Negative: The property is FALSELY ADVERTISED as a luxury penthouse.on the 9th floor. I was given a poorly and cheaply furnished and fitted property on the 6th floor. It was not luxury, nor was it a penthouse. Upon booking they told me my payment failed (never happened before on booking.com) and they tried to get me to make another payment through a separate facility. They told.me they rented it out to someone else But insisted on putting me in another apartment. I was suspicious and asked for them to simply cancel the booking, as they had rented it to someone else. They refused and threatened to charge me the full cancellation fee of £500, even if I didn't stay there. The property is not a luxury penthouse. It has various property damage which they claimed to be unaware of when I raised it with them immediately. The apartment is fitting extremely cheaply. It is not high-spec at all. Mattresses are £50 eBay jobs you might find in student accomodation. Shocking. I got very limited support from booking.com. We left a night early, and they refused us any refund. These property managers are basically dodgy. Avoid at all costs. Awful experience.
