Peaceful Dockside Flat in E14

Séjour très agréable une fois les clés enfin récupérées et malgré quelques insuffisances du logement Positive: La localisation de l'appartement, le calme. Sa taille . Salle de bain agréable (mais robinet du lavabo à changer) La mise à disposition d'un fond pour la cuisine ( thè, café, sucre..., produits vaisselle..) Negative: Grosses difficultés pour récupérer les clés, les pièces jointes des messages avec le code et le lieu de remise des clés n'apparaissaient pas dans l'application sur le téléphone, seulement quand on les ouvrait avec un ordinateur. Et nous n'arrivions pas à joindre l'hôte au téléphone, et il ne nous rappelat pas. Le système pour bénéficier de la wifi était assez complexe. Il n'y avait pas de couverts et vaisselle en quantité suffisante pour 4 personnes. Le matelas ( ou le sommier) du lit est très fatigué.

PESSIMA Positive: Limpeza Negative: The apartment itself was great and very clean, the problem started when I needed to take a shower and turn on the heater, the shower had no hot water which forced me to take a bath on the first day. The heater in the living room is broken, it worked only once for about 20 minutes, the one in the room didn't even turn on, since we are by the river it's very cold, luckily there was a dryer and I was able to heat the bed before going to bed and at dawn, since I woke up several times. The internet mold had no battery what resulted is that I was without internet every day of my stay, even though they said they would take it to me at night this never happened. I contacted the booking and also the stay, the stay in turn wanted me to send photos and I couldn't because the booking doesn't accept that I send the photos by chat, I explained this I passed my number but I never got an answer. At a certain moment they stopped answering me and when they came back they called me a liar and said that nothing I was reporting was actually happening, they didn't even go to check even though I said I was available. Anyway, very disappointing and disrespectful. I spent the weekend and I had a meeting on Saturday night which was worse because the bathtub had no more hot water and I needed to heat my own water, remembering that it was 8 degrees. I wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're going to pay a lot of rent to be in a precarious situation.
