London brrak Positive: Location, space and views Negative: Bathroom didn't have a fan that worked.

Negative: Overall, I am not satisfied. The location of the apartment is good, close to bus and metro stops. The apartment was clean and with a nice view. Unfortunately, the good ends here. The ad mentioned that it had a bedroom and two beds. Arriving at the place, we found a comfortable bedroom and… a folding mattress. For this reason, two people slept on the floor. The freezer was completely frozen and unusable. There was a coffee machine for which there were no capsules and I went around all the shops in the area, but I was unable to find any for it. When we arrived, it was cold and we found that the heating in the living room was not working and a very strong cold wind was blowing from the window since the property is on the 8th floor. Communication with the property owner was at an extremely low and almost inadequate level.

We enjoyed our stay, would happily come back again and recommend the place. Positive: The location was excellent, right next to the DLR station, with a Tesco across the street which was very convenient, and there was also a great view from the balcony. Negative: The flat could benefit from some maintenance and a few improvements to make the stay more comfortable. I hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.

总体还是非常不错，因为熟悉了check in的流程，我下次去伦敦还会住这里。 Positive: 地理位置不错，楼下就是地铁站和公交车站，出行很方便。附近也有好几家超市和便利店，可以方便购买食物。公寓大门有两道，这让人感到安全，里面的清洁程度也令人满意。 Negative: 拿取钥匙和公寓不是一个地方，隔了一百米左右，是一家便利店。这让第一次入住的我，有点不适应。为了确认取钥匙的地方是否正确，我早于入住时间过去。我并不是想check in，只是想问一下那里是能不能取到钥匙。但是便利店店主直接把钥匙给我了。为此房东需要我支付提前入住的费用，但经过我解释后，房东也没有再收取额外费用。check out时，需要将钥匙送回limehouse便利店。

Amazing place to book will 100% recommend it! Positive: Amazing location and host, Tesco was just a couple of minutes away by feet, really amazing.
